CDP News, Bogor – Kick Off Meeting 2023 untuk tenaga profesional Sales Representative dari salah satu perusahaan asing terkemuka (PMA) berlangsung dengan sukses di Hotel Aston Sentul, Bogor, pada tanggal 3 dan 4 Maret 2023. Selama dua hari penuh, para peserta mendapatkan pelatihan intensif Consultative Selling Skills dari tiga coach berpengalaman. Workshop ini difokuskan pada kemampuan sales representative untuk mengubah pendekatan penjualan menjadi lebih konsultatif, mengutamakan solusi daripada sekadar menjual produk.
Menurut Coach Sugeng Lubar, pendekatan Consultative Selling Skills ini dirancang untuk memberikan para tenaga sales kemampuan menempatkan diri sebagai konsultan bagi para praktisi medis. “Sales representative harus mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan dokter dan menyampaikan produk knowledge secara mendalam, sehingga dapat membantu praktisi medis memberikan solusi terbaik bagi pasien,” ujarnya.
Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara sales representative dan dokter praktik, bukan hanya dalam konteks penjualan, tetapi sebagai mitra yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap produk dan kebutuhan praktisi medis, perusahaan farmasi asing ini optimis tenaga sales-nya akan menjadi garda terdepan dalam mendukung perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat.
Workshop ini disambut antusias oleh para peserta yang merasa mendapatkan wawasan baru dan teknik penjualan yang lebih efektif, relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar medis modern. (Kalyca S)
