CDP News – Para pengurus dan anggota OSIS SMP Se Kota Tangerang antusias mengikuti “Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi” yang diselenggarakan pada Sabtu, 29 Juni 2024 di Lantai 2, Gedung A Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf. Acara yang dihelat dari jam 08.00 hingga 10.30 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi para peserta.
Sugeng Lubar Prastowo, ST., MM., CHCS., CSES, CDMP., CPCT., CDP., seorang akademisi dan Kepala Program Studi Bisnis Digital Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf, hadir sebagai narasumber dalam acara ini. Beliau menekankan pentingnya manajemen organisasi dan kepemimpinan dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan sebuah organisasi.
“Kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi adalah dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan,” jelas Sugeng. “Meskipun berbeda, keduanya sama-sama penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.”
Lebih lanjut, Sugeng menyampaikan bahwa pengurus organisasi harus memiliki visi yang sama dan mampu bekerja sama dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. “Meskipun memiliki perbedaan karakter, jadikanlah perbedaan tersebut sebagai kekuatan dan kontrol untuk menjaga kesehatan organisasi,” sarannya.
Para peserta pelatihan juga mendapatkan pelatihan tentang cara mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan memberi solusi kepada anggota organisasi. Selain itu, mereka juga dibekali dengan pengetahuan tentang cara membagi peran dan tanggung jawab, melakukan kolaborasi dan kerja sama, serta membangun komunikasi yang efektif dalam organisasi.
“Saya sangat senang dan mengapresiasi atas suksesnya terselenggaranya acara ini kepada semua pihak jajaran yang dukung dan bekerja sama,” ujar Direktur Star Academy, Andri Kurniawan, S.Pd.,M.Pd. “Semoga pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi para pengurus dan anggota OSIS SMP Se Kota Tangerang dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan lebih baik.”
Acara “Pelatihan Manajemen Organisasi” ini merupakan hasil kerjasama antara Star Academy, BEM FKIP, dan Himpunan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNIS Tangerang. Kedepannya, diharapkan acara serupa dapat terus diadakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi di kalangan pelajar.
