CDP News – Kota Tangerang – Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen dan Program Studi Bisnis Digital Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) melakukan kuliah riset dengan metode interview mendalam kepada sejumlah responden dalam rangka penelitian Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Kegiatan ini berlangsung mulai Senin, 10 Juni hingga 24 Juni 2024, bekerja sama dengan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang.
Kuliah riset ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen semester 6 dan mahasiswa Prodi Bisnis Digital semester 2. Meskipun kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian Bisnis yang diampu oleh Sugeng Lubar Prastowo, ST., MM., riset ini memberikan manfaat langsung kepada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang. Hasil riset digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam merumuskan program pelatihan yang tepat sasaran dan bermanfaat untuk mengurangi pengangguran terbuka, khususnya di Kota Tangerang.
Mahasiswa melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk pejabat Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang, Ketua dan jajaran Pengurus Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) di Kota Tangerang, Ketua LPK di Kota Tangerang, Ketua dan Pengurus Tim Koordinasi Daerah Revitalisasi Pendidikan Vokasi dan Pelatihan Vokasi (TKDV) Kota Tangerang, praktisi dan Manajer HRD pada Dunia Industri di Kota Tangerang, kepala sekolah dan tim kurikulum SMK di Kota Tangerang, pekerja dan Tenaga Kerja Produktif atau angkatan Kerja Calon pekerja di Kota Tangerang, serta akademisi diPerguruan Tinggi di Kota Tangerang.
Hasil riset ini diharapkan dapat membantu Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang dalam merumuskan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, riset ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja di Kota Tangerang.
Kegiatan ini memperdalam pengetahuan mahasiswa melalui praktik riset langsung, mulai dari pengumpulan data melalui interview hingga analisis data. Data hasil interview diolah menggunakan program nVivo, yang membantu memvisualisasikan hasil riset kualitatif dengan jelas.
Mahasiswa sangat antusias mengikuti kuliah riset ini. “Kuliah riset ini menjadi pengalaman baru bagi kami. Kami bisa belajar langsung berhadapan dengan responden, melakukan proses penggalian informasi, dan menyusun data, bagaimana mengolah data-data hasil interview sehingga menjadi informasi yang jelas untuk pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan program pelatihan ketenagakerjaan yang efektif, produktif, dan tepat sasaran,” ujar salah satu mahasiswa.
