CDP News – Bogor, 6 Januari 2024 – Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) Tangerang mengadakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LDKM) bagi para mahasiswanya. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 6 Januari 2024 di Gd. Smesco, Sisarua, Puncak, Bogor dengan tema “Membangun Karakter Pemimpin Yang Responsif dan Berintegritas Dalam Berorganisasi”.
LDKM ini diselenggarakan oleh Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) FEB UNIS dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 205 peserta yang terdiri dari perwakilan mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan di FEB UNIS.
Acara LDKM menghadirkan dua orang pembicara yang kompeten di bidangnya, yaitu Sugeng Lubar Prastowo, ST., MM., CHCS., CSES., CDMP., CPCT, CDP. dan Dr. Masruri, SE., MM. Sugeng Lubar Prastowo menyampaikan materi tentang “Cara Membangun Karakter Pemimpin Yang Responsif dan Berintegritas Dalam Berorganisasi”, sedangkan Dr. Masruri memberikan materi tentang manajemen berorganisasi.
Dalam materinya, Sugeng Lubar Prastowo menekankan pentingnya karakter pemimpin yang responsif dan berintegritas dalam berorganisasi. Menurutnya, seorang pemimpin harus mampu memahami kebutuhan dan aspirasi anggotanya, serta mampu mengambil keputusan yang tepat dan adil. Selain itu, pemimpin juga harus memiliki integritas yang tinggi, yaitu selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam memimpin organisasi.
Sementara itu, Dr. Masruri dalam materinya menyampaikan tentang pentingnya manajemen berorganisasi yang efektif dan efisien. Menurutnya, sebuah organisasi yang baik harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas, pembagian tugas yang terstruktur, dan sistem kerja yang terukur.
Ketua BEM FEB UNIS, Jafar Imikal Tamsir, dalam sambutannya mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi kepada para pembicara, panitia, dan segenap peserta LDKM atas antusiasnya menghadiri undangan dan mengikuti kegiatan LDKM. Ia berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi para peserta dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan mereka dalam berorganisasi.
